Who we are
Funding Unlocked Ltd (“Funding Unlocked”, “we”, “our”, “us”) operates the website fundingunlocked.co.uk and is committed to safeguarding your privacy. We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner’s Offi ce as a data controller (Data Protection Register no. ZB753745). Our roles
- Data Controller. We decide how and why your personal data is processed when you interact with our products or services.
- Data Processor. In some situations we process information solely on behalf of a lender or other business partner that acts as its own data controller. In those cases we follow their written instructions.
